About Our Founder
Alison Kelly, born in Dublin, Ireland and a graduate of the National College of Ireland, brings a wealth of experience in people, performance, and organizational growth. Her career spans roles as Human Resource Manager in manufacturing and as Quality Manager & Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 compliance in Environmental Consulting. Along the way, she developed deep expertise in industrial relations, employee motivation, and organizational effectiveness.
Alison partners with both private and public organizations as a consultant and trainer, helping leaders and teams unlock potential and achieve lasting results.
Known affectionately as “The Enter-Trainer,” Alison blends her Irish humor, engaging storytelling, to keep audiences inspired and energized. Her passion for people and learning is contagious. Recognized for her innovative design and delivery of training, Alison has received honors from the Irish Government, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and the prestigious Leadership 500 Excellence Award.
