Our Founder Alison Kelly was born in Dublin, Ireland and graduated from the National College of Ireland. She has gained extensive experience in industrial relations and employee motivation throughout her career when she held positions of Human Resource Manager in manufacturing and Quality Manager & Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 compliance in Environmental Consulting. In addition, she has vast experience consulting and training with many private and public organizations.
Alison is affectionately known as “The Enter-Trainer” as she keeps audiences entertained with her Irish sense of humor and an occasional burst of song! Her passion is contagious. She has received awards from the Irish Government, Anne Arundel County Public Schools and The Leadership 500 Excellence Award for her design and delivery of training.
